Wow, I've been a bad blogger - shame on me!
First of all, I'm sooooo sorry for being so quiet lately.
I know I usually blog every day - most days anyway - and it's really not like me to be so quiet.
I've really missed blogging about my day and showing you my outfits,
but the thing is, that there really haven't been that many great outfits this past week.
Monday I wore a very 'normal' outfit, and not at all 60s (or any kind of fashion) inspired outfit.
It was big boots, a heavy knitted sweater and a pair of jeans.
I really didn't feel like myself, and on top of that people kept giving me the evil eye
- which I'm normally used to, since I'm the only girl in my town who
wears knee socks and miniskirts during the winter ;)
Anyway, Monday I looked so normal that I simply couldn't make sense
of all the evil eyes people kept giving me.
But despite people being stupid jerks, I actually had a great day :)
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I was home at my apartment.
Tuesday I began feeling a little queezy, and then by Wednesday morning I was sick for real, haha :)
So I decided to stay home from my History class.
However, by night I was feeling alright again, and so Thursday
I began packing for my winter holiday in Sweden.
Cause Friday I met up with my parents, and together we drove to their summer house in Sweden.
For those of you who have been following the blog for a while,
you know that I spend most of my holidays in an old house in the middle of nowhere in Sweden.
I love love love being here. And even though there is a lot of snow here, it's doesn't bother me much.
It's super pretty, and great for skiing - not that I'm any good at it, haha :)
It is, none the less, very nice to be here :)
I'm staying here for the whole of next week and weekend too,
and then we're going home again on Sunday the 26th.
Lots of time to ski, watch Harry Potter movies, drink a lot of coffee and in general just relax :)
By the way, next week might be kinda quiet too. I have only packed worn-down jeans
and lots of knitted sweaters, so there won't be any amazing or inspiring outfits this forth coming week.
I do, however, have an appointment to get my hair cut on Monday (tomorrow),
and then I'll, of course, show you some pictures - well, depending on how good it looks, haha :)
And finally, there's today. Today is February 19, which means it's 'Fastelavn' here in Denmark.
'Fastelavn' is kinda like Halloween, and yet they are nothing alike.
A similarity could be, that the kids dress up in costumes
and walk around from door to door collecting money (in stead of candy).
There's lots of fun things about 'Fastelavn' but basically it's a childrens holiday.
Although grown ups sometimes dress up and throw parties.
It's kinda hard to explain, but I hope you get the idea :)
Anyway, it's a tradition that children, on the morning of 'Fastelavn',
wake up to a 'Fastelavnsris' - a kind of branch with candy and other fun stuff on it.
I've always gotten one from my mother - even when I was a teenager,
my mum would still carry on the tradition, and exchange candy for other stuff.
It could be money, cigarettes or other kinds of things.
But I haven't gotten a 'Fastelavnsris' in years.
But this morning I woke up to a heavily decorated branch with cigarettes and candy
- aw, my mum's so sweet :)
I know it may not be the best message to send out there,
with cigarettes and what not, but I'd still thought I'd share it with you.
In the pictures below you can see my 'Fastelavnsris'
- I also got a small box of quarters for when I do my laundry :)
All in all, it was great to wake up to :)

So that's about it for me today, I think.
I hope you all have had an amazing week :)
